*ONE OF A KIND HEIRLOOMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES WITH TRACKING FROM THE USPS THAT STATES THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.  ONCE THE ORDER LEAVES OUR HANDS WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAIL ONCE TRACKING STATES IT WAS DELIVERED.  

*Please contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will do everything in our power to make it right. We do not take returns on items that are not in their original packaging or that have any stains, odors or animal hair on the items you wish to return.
